Associate Attorney Matthew L. Clark joined the firm in 2016. Matthew is experienced in a diverse array of challenging and complicated cases that utilize his in-depth knowledge of Virginia laws governing fiduciary duties, corporate governance, stock corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and trusts. He is committed to high levels of professionalism and client service at all times, and is a strong advocate for his clients.

Since 2004, Dan Smith and Frank Pugh also have been affiliated with Gammon & Grange, P.C., which provides legal services to nonprofit and charitable organizations.
